About Us
We are a small family ranch in the rolling hills of Southern Iowa. We raise Kids, Cattle, Beef & Quarter Horses.
Beau & Shanen met at Iowa State University in the 90′s. From there, He shared his love of Maine-Anjou Cattle & Shanen shared her love of great Quarter Horses. As they say, “the rest is history”. When looking for the place to build our family, we settled in South Central Iowa. The land is the best in Iowa for raising Cattle & a Family.
We run our ranch as naturally as possible. We don’t use any pesticides or chemicals on the land. We also don’t use any hormones or routine antibiotics with our cattle.
We strongly feel that cattle raised naturally live longer, produce better & taste even better when harvested. All of our beef is born & raised their entire lives on our ranch. We truly believe in animal welfare & have taken the extra steps to show that we truly raise Healthy.HAPPY.Beef . We are now an Animal Welfare Approved Ranch!!
