We raise all of our cattle from birth. We know where they’ve been every day, what they’ve eaten & what the haven’t eaten.
We raise 3 very distinct groups of calves for beef. None of our cattle recieve any hormones or routine antibiotics. We find that it simply isn’t necessary when you let the calves have plenty of space to run and grass to eat!

Corn-finished Beef -
Only offered in the winter months, these beef are allowed free choice hay and grains. Until the snow flies & the temperature drops, these calves are in with our Pastured Beef all summer and fall.
Pay-As-It-Grows -
Reserve your beef with a small payment and pay for your beef each month as it grows & matures in our pastures. This plan helps our budget and yours!

We always have Ground Beef , Beef Sticks & Beef Jerky available to purchase straight off the Ranch. We deliver two times per month. You can also find our beef through LocalHarvest.org and the Iowa Food Coop.
We’re also at the Downtown Des Moines Farmers Market select dates this summer and at the Valley Junction Farmers Market each Thursday night.
